With close to a decade of experience in sustainability consulting across Asia and the Middle East, Dr. Saleh Shadman is a specialist in ESG strategy, carbon management, and social compliance. Holding a PhD in Energy Security Modelling from the University of Nottingham, he combines a strong academic foundation with practical expertise in advising companies across hard-to-abate sectors including oil & gas, metals, manufacturing, and shipping.

Saleh has led over 20 corporate GHG inventories, developed decarbonisation roadmaps, and guided ESG disclosures in line with global frameworks such as GRI, IFRS, and TCFD. He has also worked on circular economy initiatives, resource efficiency programs, and supply chain transparency, enabling organisations to strengthen compliance, resilience, and long-term value creation.

A certified trainer, he has delivered more than 500 hours of ESG and sustainability workshops for boards, executives, and SMEs. His focus is on equipping organisations with the tools to embed ESG into strategy, governance, and operations.

Drawing on international experience across Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, and India, Saleh brings a pragmatic yet forward-looking approach to ESG transformation—bridging policy, business, and technology to drive meaningful impact.
