With over eight years of combined experience in project management, research design and implementation, and structural engineering, Nirjhar’s professional path traverses many domains ranging from development consultancy, educational and awareness communications, and renewable energy, to tech-based skill development products and IoT-enabled logistics solutions.

Nirjhar holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. These have enabled him to earn a balanced set of expertise as well as to nurture a distinguished network of professionals including decision-makers across a wide variety of industries.

Nirjhar has consulted on a diverse range of government (NILG, MoPME), INGO (BSF, IFRC), and international donor-funded initiatives (UNFPA, UNDP, DFID). Being a skilled project manager with added focus on sustainability and marketing considerations, Nirjhar strives to ensure that the firm’s engagements generate knowledge and create lasting value for the majority of their stakeholders.
